Mike Horner, Director of Puppetry Arts. Mike Horner is a nationally recognized puppetry artist specializing in work for family audiences. As Director of Puppetry Art for What If Puppets, Mike serves as lead puppeteer, designer and builder, and his puppets can be seen on theater stages and in video production across the country. Mike tours nationally and internationally with his puppet shows, several of which have been awarded grants from the Jim Henson Foundation.
